These terms govern the use of sign.ini.ge. By registering for the service or using it, you agree to the rules set out below. If you do not agree, the service cannot be used.
01What the service is
INI Sign is an electronic signature platform. It lets you upload a document, send it for signature, confirm the signer, apply a qualified electronic seal and store the evidence of signing.
The service is provided by INI Group LLC (ID 000000000), Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: support@ini.ge.
We are a technical service provider. We are not a party to the document concluded between you and your counterparty, we do not review its content and we do not give legal advice.
02Account and access
The account is created by a legal entity, which decides how many users it adds within the plan limit. A signer needs no account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in the account, for keeping your credentials safe and for every action taken from your account.
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to sign in someone else's name, to send unsolicited messages or to place artificial load on the system.
03Legal force of the signature
During signing, the signer confirms consent that their electronic signature carries the same force as a handwritten one. The consent text and its version are stored in the evidence record.
The completed document receives a qualified electronic seal from the Ministry of Justice, which confirms the integrity and origin of the document. The signer is identified by the chosen method, an SMS code or email.
You are responsible for checking that the law permits an electronic form for that particular type of document. The service is not used for transactions for which the law requires a notarial or other special form.
04Price and payment
All prices are in Georgian lari and include VAT. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel it.
A plan includes the stated limits on users, SMS messages, email sends and storage. Once a limit is reached, that function pauses until you buy an add-on or the new billing period begins.
We give at least 30 days notice of a price change. The price of a period already paid does not change. If you cancel mid-period the amount paid is not refunded and the service remains available until the period ends.
05Storage and archive
Signed documents are kept in your account within the storage the plan provides. You may download and delete them at any time.
Even after a document is deleted, the evidence record remains with us: the document code, the circumstances of signing and the seal data. It is held in an immutable (WORM) archive for 10 years and cannot be altered or deleted, by anyone, including us.
That period follows the limitation periods of the civil code and the legitimate interest of both parties in defending their rights in a possible dispute.
06Liability and termination
The service is provided as it is. We take reasonable measures to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Our liability is in every case limited to the amount you actually paid over the last three months. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or the conduct of your counterparty.
You may cancel the subscription at any time. We may suspend the service if these terms are breached or payment is more than 30 days overdue, after prior notice.
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. A dispute that cannot be settled by negotiation is heard by the courts of Tbilisi.
