What the evidence actually is
Once signed, the document receives a qualified electronic seal from the Ministry of Justice and the system computes its unique code, a SHA-256 hash. That code identifies the document exactly: change a single character and the code changes completely.
The evidence record goes into a WORM archive for 10 years. WORM means write once, read many — once written, nobody can alter or delete it, ourselves included.
